C4 Student Completion Pledge Cards

Have students sign the C4 Student Completion Pledge Card during your Signing Day event. The bottom portion of the card can be torn off for them to keep as a reminder of their commitment to complete!

Printing instructions to provide to printer:

• The file is set up on an 8.5" x 11" page with two cards on each page.
• The cut line is 4.25" vertical.
• The perforated line is 7.0625" down from the top of the page, horizontal. This will allow the bottom portion of the card to be torn off and given to the student.
